Procure deployment roadmap and evolutions presented to Breton local authorities

On the 16th of may about 20 members of the Mégalis “Public buyers” working group have met in Rennes for a presentation of the Procure deployment roadmap...
From February to July the following actions have or will take place to increase businesses awareness to e-Procurement via the e-mégalis/Procure solution :
- Partnership with the Chamber of Craft of Brittany (CRMA) led to the organisation of four meetings with 40 business owners who discovered the e-mégalis/Procure solution. Those meetings took place on the 20th, 21th, 26th and 27th of February in each department.
- On April 24th, Mégalis has presented e-megalis/Procure to 26 building entrepreneurs during a meeting set up by the FFB of the Côtes d'Armor.
- On June 3rd, about 10 businesses will attend a training set up by the FFB29 in Landerneau. Mégalis is in charge of the training on e-mégalis/Procure while the “General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control” will take a bearing on e-Procurement legal issues.
- On June 4th , Mégalis will present e-mégalis/Procure to 25 businesses members of Western SCOP Regional Association – Ille & Vilaine
- On June 5th , Mégalis takes part in the “Public Procurement Meetings” taking place in Brest and Rennes. That manifestation set up by the “Order of the Chartered Accountants of Brittany” and OSEO aims to increase enterprises' awareness on public Procurement.
- On June 13th, 10 businesses, members of the association “Courant Porteur” will assist to a e-mégalis/Procure presentation in Pontivy.
- Thanks to the participation of the CRMA in “The Innovation Week”, Mégalis has set up 4 e-mégalis/Procure workshops for enterprises to discover and use the solution, taking place in June 24th ,25th,26th, 27th in each department.
- On June 24th, the CCI of Rennes has invited Mégalis to present the e-mégalis/Procure solution in a meeting part of the conference cycle “Public Procurement” of the CCI.
- On June 26th , Mégalis will present e-mégalis/Procure to 25 businesses members of Western SCOP Regional Association – Côtes d'Armor.
After having presented the roadmap, Mégalis invited interested buyers to participate in the joint “Public Buyers/Enterprises” working group of which the 1st meeting will take place on October 18th. This working group is a way for Mégalis to make real its wish to gather together businesses and local authorities to encourage exchanges and to lead to the improvement of the solution.
Buyers have also discovered the recent and soon-to-come evolutions of the solution and have saluted the simplicity of use of the e-mégalis/Procure solution.
