The Procure European project aimed at enabling electronic bids for public procurement procedure through safe and intuitive web services for  SMEs, across 5 pilot regions in the EU. The tool we have developed and the methodology being our hallmark were described through several articles published, here after a few examples:

CORDIS The gateway to European reseach and developpment

After 21 months of works our experimentation is nowadays achieved, but it is only now that wider deployment of the service may start. The virtual public marketplace is fully operational and ready to be implemented in new EU regions. The animation below shows in a simple way context of this pioneer project, the functionalities it offers to users, as well as our ambitions for the future.

The 16^th and 17^th of March 2009 took place in Brussels project Final Conference to present publicly outcomes and encourage adhesion of new contracting authorities to the Procure network. About 40 attendants representing different regions from 17 Member States of the European Union that participated in the seminar have expressed their real interest for the solution.
