Objectives and approach

• Manage the project.
• Ensure general consistency and timeliness of the various tasks, and lead the global effort to successful achievements

Results

• Work package 1 – Project management results in efficient project drive to just-in-time delivery of project products and achievements.
• Work package 1 is essential to the success of the Procure project. Through project coordination committee, this work package ensures proper involvement of each member of the consortium and enables accurate monitoring of the project development.

Deliverables

Work package 1 will lead to the issuance of the following deliverables:

• D1.1 – Assurance quality plan
• D1.2 – Minutes of the Project coordination committee
• D1.3 – Quarterly management report
• D1.4 – Progress report and project calendar (up-dated at each Project coordination committee)
• D1.5 – Project key action list (up-dated at each Project coordination committee)
• D1.6 – Periodic report
• D1.7 – Consortium agreement

Dependencies

This work package naturally influences the other ones in the sense that its role is to ensure proper coordination of the project and timely delivery of results. Failure to do so will influence the overall planning of the project.

Contribution to the project objectives

This work package does not contribute directly to visible and expected project deliverables. It rather provides the means for other work packages to do so in a timely and coordinated manner. Failing to ensure proper coordination could lead to unnecessary delays and opportunity missing that might be of great prejudice to the market validation, as well as to a possible future deployment.
