Objectives and approach
Dissemination activities and communication plan are an integral part of the success of the Procure project. The consortium’s strategy is to target various types of audience through appropriate channels.
Results
The Work package 2 will result in better awareness from key decision makers in local, national and European administrations. WP2 also leads to wide communication to companies – SMEs specifically – through the European Chambers of commerce and industry.
Deliverables
Work package 2 will lead to the issuance of the following deliverables:
- D2.1 – Procure project web site
- D2.2 – Dissemination strategy
- D2.3 – Presentation brochure
- D2.4 – Presentations for workshops with federative local authorities
- D2.5 – Synthesis note on the legal conclusions from the Procure project
- D2.6 – Synthesis note on the European Commission’s magnitude to favor further development
- D2.7 – Synthesis of the Final report
- D2.8 – Minutes reports of the focus groups
Dependencies
WP2’s web site is launched in the beginning of the project. Synthesis notes of the different studies (WP3 and WP4), presentations and feed backs from the different members of the consortium are published on the web site.
Contribution to the project objectives
Work package 2 is the final end of the project: further to market validation, the consortium disseminates its conclusions which are expected to be linked to a service deployment commercial offer.
