Objectives and approach
Validate the local market by conducting and supporting a pilot deployment
Results
Work package 9 is a limited field deployment of the service, with direct experience from end users: the SMEs. It includes functional and technical adaptations of the solution to fulfill the Czech market and the specificities of the Central Bohemia region.
Work package 9 includes continuous monitoring of the effective adoption by SMEs and legal entities. Any unexpected result is immediately addressed thanks to a very practical project approach and methodology

Work package 9 will lead to the issuance of the following deliverables:
- D9.1 – Functional specifications of adaptations
- D9.2 – Deployment roadmap
- D9.3 – Adapted service
- D9.4 – Adapted user documentation
- D9.5 – Training documentation
- D9.6 – Synthesis report on the pilot
Dependencies
Work package 9 begins after termination of WP4 – Transversal legal work. As a matter of facts, the legal structuring of the project must be determined for pilot deployment beginning. WP9 also integrates the preliminary findings of WP3 – European market and competition analysis (which will be half-completed) which will serve as basic data for customization in
The experimentations are conducted in parallel, with an iterative approach allowing a very fast experience feedback and solution adjustment in order to remain as close as possible to local market expectations.
Contribution to the project objectives
Through this work packages, the following objectives are addressed:
- Feasibility to deploy the targeted overall approach
- Feasibility to bring more SMEs to public purchasing platforms
- Feasibility to address cross border issues
- Feasibility to adapt the Burgundy current solution and to deploy it in other member states
