Work plan

The Procure project is a market validation operation spread over 18 months. As a matter of fact, as the technical solution is well advanced, the Procure project aims at an in-depth market validation, through practical business cases and experience feedback resulting from pilot deployments.

The work plan is made up of two main phases:

• Phase 1 – Preliminary analysis of the European market
• Phase 2 – Pilot deployments and Market validation.

The work plan is composed of 10 work packages:

• 2 transversal work packages:

• 2 work packages constituting Phase 1: Preliminary analysis of the European market and its procurement legislation
  • WP3 – European market and competition analysis
  • WP4 – Transversal legal work
• 6 work packages constituting Phase 2: Actual field market validation
  • WP5 – Market validation and pilot in Uddevalla
  • WP7 – Market validation and pilot in Brittany
  • WP8 – Market validation and pilot in Guadeloupe
  • WP9 – Market validation and pilot in Central Bohemia
  • WP10 – Transversal feed-back from pilots
